"Very nice stay"

"The staff is fab, helpull, friendly, and engaging. The hotel is older and that was noticeable in the bathroom especially with the shower contol falling off etc, but all super clean. Good bed, no coffee maker or hairdryer in the room but could be asked for. Pool area us large with lots of seating and the beach is super. The gym is for this day and age not big enough, bad machines that could hurt you (wonky leg extension machine and exposed metal wires on all cables causing bloody arms!) Food is good, especialky in the restaurants that you need to reserve, bonus is the 3 restaurants at the sister resort next doir that you also book.Good drinks, cold beer so overall ok. "

"It’s definitely a nice place especially the pool area - the rooms need an upgrade our faucet was leaking from the bottom anytime we used it. The towel racks were so high up I couldn’t reach them "

"I don’t like being charged for absolutely everything the hotel does for us. Example charging me for early checkin is just a money grab. Charging me for late checkout is a money grab. Stop it! Ppl are sick and tired of your hands in our pockets for everything. "

"Food was mediocre. Rooms were nice, well equipped and clean. Pools were great. Beach was lovely. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Towel exchange was awkward, with having to present a card every time. Also having to sign for meals was ridiculous. We had the all-inclusive package Probably wouldn't go back to this resort."
