Great hotel! Right off the interstate, quiet, clean, great staff. Would definitely recommend.

Choose this hotel for a pet-friendly stop-over on our drive to Florida and had a great experience. This staff was super-friendly and this nearly-brand-new property was immaculate. They have us a great 1st floor room with easy access to the walking and parking area. We took advantage of the patio to have dinner (take-out from a local restaurant) and breakfast with our dog. Great common area with couches and games for the kids so we weren't stuck in the room. Very clean and comfortable. Very friendly employees!

Great stop-over on trips up I-95. Friendly staff, lots of mowed, open spaces for dog walking. Highly recommend

The roadway coming into the hotel is in rough shape. Been this way for years.

Being from out of state the location of this hotel was rather nice for the purpose of visiting fort jackson for family day and graduation very easy to get to base. The room was emmaculate and all of the amenities were superb! The beds are super comfy and the pillows are the best! Would definitely stay again!!!

Great property, clean rooms, nice staff, and we were able to accommodate me and a motorcycle trailer. As far as the room, it was immaculate as far as peacefulness to sleep it was great in the bed and pillows. I wish I could’ve taken them home with me.

Traveled from Florida to get our grandchildren from Pa. This was the "halfway point". Our room was clean, comfortable, and the kids loved the pool, The breakfast was excellent. The staff was very friendly. We will be staying here again in a couple weeks when we return the kids!

The Lantern is a converted 1950s-era firehouse in the heart of Columbia's exciting Vista district. The conversion is AMAZING from a design POV, and a lot of fun to experience. I also loved is its commitment to providing meaningful employment opportunities for people with disabilities, who make up 30% of its staff. They were lovely. I've already booked my second stay.
