"Stayed in The University Arms to celebrate a big birthday and I’m so glad I chose this particular hotel. The building itself was beautiful as was our room. The breakfast was superb and I enjoyed a wonderful cream tea in the lounge. But what made the stay special were the amazing staff. Cambridge Belfry Hotel & Spa

10/10 Excellent
"Weekend was lovely..my partner and I came up to see my son and his girlfriend. We used the spa ..I had a facial .Food was good . Excellent location All.of the staff were excellent with the exception of one unhelpful lady on Sat lunchtime. I had booked a lunchtime meal for 4 people via Fork for 1300 on the restaurant. This was confirmed and I had the email to show the Team .There was some sort of muddle as the restaurant does not open at lunchtime .I was expecting my son and his partner for lunch. The lady at the bar was very unhelpful and to be honest dismissive and rude . All that needed to be said was that there had been some misunderstanding and we could eat in the bar . I dont know what the mess up was but it certainly wasn't from my side. My family and I travel a lot and eat out frequently. We are never rude or dismissive to staff ever .I was disappointed and annoyed by her attitude as if it was my fault amd that I was being problematic. I will however be staying at this place regularly and certainly won't be trying to book any lunches in their restaurant 😀"
