"This is a spectacular property. Our room was large, comfortable, cozy and there were lots of extras. A balcony overlooking the Matterhorn, a large breakfast included with American items like scrambled eggs, waffles, cut up fresh fruit, a nicely stocked mini bar, coffee machine in room, various glasses and mugs, water bottle. A sauna and fitness room. Plus, Zermatt is a fun village with lots of shopping and restaurants. The owner and employees are kind and helpful. A++ rating. "

"Staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. The location is walkable and our room had an amazing view of the Matterhorn, esp with the sun reflecting in the morning!"

"We were on the top floor and the last floor up does not have a lift. I was grumpy about it at first but our view of the Matterhorn was so spectacular that it was worth the inconvenience. Only complaint I have is their check in was 3pm and the reception desk wasn't staffed until the. So there was no getting in our room early but we were able to store our luggage. "

"I had a great stay during my spur-of-the-moment decision to visit Zermatt. The room was spacious, tidy, and clean and the bedding was VERY comfortable. Fantastic after a day of exploring. It would have been nice to have some tea/coffee/bottle opener facilities in the room though. It's conveniently located near the train station so that you don't have to rely on transport to get to/from the hotel but from what I could tell, you could organise transport with them if you need it. Thankfully, I was able to walk everywhere that I needed to. I can definitely recommend this hotel."
