"Our hosts Marco and Natalia were brilliant. We stayed during a stage of the Giro and had a great time. Marco provided a warm and friendly reception including tasty and delightful meals, promoting the excellent local produce. The location of the hotel was beautiful and a great base for the area. We followed up on the great recommendation to visit Casieficio Dismano for the best Parmesan cheese."

"We were looking for something Off the Beaten path with a kitchen and parking in this place really fit the bill we were surprised how wonderful the drive up to it was if you're in the area around Modena or Bologna then it's a great chance to enjoy the hills south west of Bologna"

"Lovely traditional hotel, very clean and well maintained. Nice swimming pool and on-site parking. The host was a nice lady who went over and above. We had to depart early due to our flight so missed breakfast. The host prepared sandwiches for use to take with us. Great stay, nice village, just wish we could have stayed longer."

"Very pleasant stay. This was the second over the years. Helpful staff. Very nice room with balcony. The only inconvenience is that hotel is about 1.5 km from city centre but it is convenient for travellers having private transport (car). Taxi is typically expensive from the railway station (ranging between 23 to 30 Euro."
