"Staying at the Hyatt Zilara was okay. I think I expected a little more. We mostly ate on the Ziva side. The food was hit or miss but Mercado def always had something you could eat. The silent party was cool. Loved the shows and the movie nights. It was low season so the pools were low traffic the whole time I was there. I got a dirty look one day for asking if the bar was open at the Bongo Club Lounge. I mean I’m on vacay so it couldn’t hurt to ask but i didn’t need to be judged for it. Depending on the staff they acted as though ordering food by the pool was doing you a favor. I didn’t understand that because I’ve been to several all inclusives where I have ordered food by the poolside. The customer service was good. Staff was respectful and remembered our names and drink orders if they saw us the next day. Also the bathroom set up was weird. No separate door for the toilet and we had to bring our own bags downstairs when it was time to leave for the airport. It was an enjoyable stay but I probably won’t stay at an Hyatt property again."

"The apartment is spacious, has all needed amenities and is nicely decorated. There are two pools available and they are both big and very nice. Beach area was also good and very close to the apartment."
