wonderful stay — Pedro was very responsive and helpful, and the place was top-notch

The room was very nicely decorated, spacious and clean. Continental breakfast was perfect. Their restaurant downstairs was absolutely delicious, a bit pricey, but worth every penny, steak being the best. We had a great meal and will def be back if we come back.

Our studio was tucked away on the garden level, opening onto a lovely sunken patio. It was well supplied with everything for a comfortable stay. The location is extraordinarily convenient to transit, tourism, restaurants, shopping, and the stadium and yet quiet and private. We emerged Sunday morning to a surprise, a small farmer's market right across the street with wonderful breakfast pastries. The hosts provided clear self-check-in instructions and a WhatsApp number that we used when we needed...

The staff, from the pub to the hotel were absolutely wonderful! Very helpful and kind, telling me certain walking paths to get to the train station

Spacious suite of rooms, decent breakfast. Location was OK, walk-able to Cardiff Bay.

Beautiful modern hotel with great rooms and location.

Breakfast was amazing!!!! Room was perfect size and the bathroom was nice. A lot of stairs though. An older gentleman with a hearing aid was very helpful during check out and called a cab for us.

Whilst great location and easy access, the washing machine facilities was not adequate and working well.

My stay here was absolutely incredible. Not only was the location so convenient, I loved having the pub down stairs for snacks and recommendations whenever I needed. The room I stayed in overlooked the pubs garden and when you closed the window that thing was SOUND PROOF. I brought my dog and he was enthusiastically greeted whenever we came and went. Drinks okay, food actually very good.
