"Very helpful staff from check-in to check-out. The restaurant staff especially were so good with our small child. The facilities were fantastic, can't recommend the lap pool enough. We were upgraded to a vineyard view room with an outdoor soaking tub which was incredible. "

"The room was very clean and comfortable, nice towels, cute coffee setup, large tv, great bed and pillows. The lobby area was the place to hang out. It had a great vibe. The smores packets were a nice touch, as well as the free wine!"

"We did not partake in breakfast~ those options were unclear other than the coffee bar next to the restaurant Sea Root. My son wanted to check out the NewYrs branch, but again, there was no posted on website or around the lobby."

"Very clean and well run hotel at a perfect location to enjoy the best of Monterey. The rooms were charming and quiet even though the hotel is located on a busy street. They were super welcoming to our dog and the charges were reasonable. We even lucked out on parking and found a spot in the garage across the street. Would definitely come back."
