"Lovely staff ,especially catolina on reception very helpful at all times,we upgraded from a back room as it was very dark and window wouldnt open ,we then upgraded to a delux room which had a spectacukar view of the squre &a lovely hot tub it was a wonderful experience all round ."

"Spędziłam w tym hotelu z mężem siedem dni i byłam bardzo zadowolona. Wyjątkowa obsługa, personel był bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny. Hotel ten oferuje basen, spa ,restauracje -wszystko w najwyższym standardzie. Doskonała lokalizacja hotelu, zlokalizowany w sercu pięknego Krakowa i łatwy dostęp do lokalnych atrakcji i zabytków. Restauracja w hotelu serwuje bardzo smaczne i wykwintne potrawy."

"Check in and check out really easy. Didn't have breakfast but same price as in town. Hot tub amazing, as was benefit of hot tub. Would be useful to have another bed side cabinet, but guess hard to find as specific colour design and type of furniture for room. Extra rail in bathroom would be useful for bath towel to hand after use. Overall would recommend as location to town and station spot on"
