Couldn’t recommend more! I expected the room to be old and small as most in Venice but it was huge and very nice. Greatly exceeded our expectations and had so much charm. The location was perfect and everyone working was really nice and helpful. I would love to come back again!

Felt like staying in a luxury cruise ship. Walking distance to most attractions. Take water taxi from train $8 euro.

Great location in the Castello area of Venice near the Arsenale (the far eastern end of the city). Perfect location for attending Biennale, which is held in the Arsenale and the Giardini gardens (each a five minute walk). The apartment is also near Via Garibaldi, a lively area of restaurants, galleries and shops - off the tourist track! The apartment is very clean, quiet and comfortable. I especially appreciated the check-in format utilizing a code and keysafe, which allowed me to arrive late...

Wonderful stay in Venice! Excellent location, beautiful and spotless rooms, and outstanding service. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Everything exceeded our expectations and made our visit truly memorable. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel!

We really appreciated the complimentary bottled water, canned soft drinks, tea and cookies. Our room was spacious but the bathroom needed a little maintenance. Located on the Grand Canal with beautiful view and close to a water bus stop.

Great location, nice view even though we didn't get a "room with a view"

Very smooth reception--I was met at the Arsenale vaporetto dock and taken to the apartment. The weather was very hot, but wide-open windows meant an invasion of mosquitoes, so I was surprised to be told firmly that I must not use the air-conditioning before the last two days of my eight-day stay, due to the expense! That led to some quite uncomfortable nights. The heat meant that this was two-shower-a-day weather with a change of clothes, so the presence of a washing machine was very welcome,...

We loved staying here!!!! The staff was extremely nice and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, they let us check in about 3 hours early, and best of all—air conditioning! It’s in a great area, not too touristy, surrounded by lots of restaurants and bars that the locals go to. Highly recommend staying here!

Lovely place, great location.

Rustic room, clean comfy, staff friendly and accommodating. I asked the owner where could I get some dinner, he suggested restaurants around, coffee shops for breakfast, boat to go around Venice, all very helpful. Venice is amazing, I feel in love, will definitely go back.

We were upgraded to a larger room, which was very nice and comfortable. All the amenities were in good order, and the staff was great, particularly with restaurant recommendations. We'd happily come back!

The Hotel Casa W is a small, sweet hotel with lovely staff that is located in a quiet neighborhood. It's easy to travel from there to Venice's many cultural destinations, and it's a relief to return to in the evening. The hotel breakfast was excellent and the rooms were spacious and well-stocked.

First Class treatment.

Has a dock. Convenient to come into from the Airport or Train Station. Hands down a great choice ! Take the speed boat taxi in or you will be lugging your suitcases thru the streets.
