I am used to a hotel room door closing behind me but the door to my room would not close unless I pulled it all the way shut, which caught me by surprise a couple of times. Nos dejaron entrar antes del horario, la habitación estaba limpia y cuando el aire no funcionó nos cambiaron enseguida a otra con mejor vista a la piscina y al jacuzzi, que los niños disfrutaron muchísimo. El desayuno variado, buena ubicación con restaurantes cerca y excelente atención del personal, (Gracias Celso por tu amabilidad y en especial de Celso. Hotel tranquilo e ideal para familias. "
