"The room was quiet, clean and spacious. The appliances were fine. The location is close to Metro, groceries, cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. Customer service via WhatsApp was quick. Towels are only changed for 8 night stays. An extra set of towels would have been appreciated after 4 nights."

"The spacoius apartment is in the perfect location for seeing the sights and living like a local. Great grocery stores, wonderful people with great restaurants...win, win win. The only caveat is these rooms are without an elevator which could pose difficulties for some. Porto is hilly so stairs are part of the package. "

"The staff were wonderful! The check in process was efficient and they were great about storing luggage before and after our stay. They arranged for a taxi for an early morning ride to the airport plus packed us a boxed lunch! We stayed in two rooms. The room across the street was really delightful and spacious. The room attached to the main building, the "garden" room was fine except that the bathroom tiles were a bit moldy. Overall, a very pleasant stay."
