"I was in Porto just for the night and I really wish I had stayed here when I was in Porto previously! This is a really cute place to stay. It is well renovated and is really clean. My room was small but really comfortable. The icing on the cake though is the staff. Every time I walked passed a staff member they greeted me and asked if I was ok. I felt very at home here. I am sad that I wasn't able to experience the patio, bar etc while I was here.....just means I have something to come back for :)"

"This property was built in the 1850’s as a home. In 1982 the property was converted to a hotel. It is very quaint. The rooms are somewhat small but the bathrooms are new and wonderful. It has an elevator to get you upstairs to the 3rd floor. They offer a very good continental breakfast that has a variety of options. We enjoyed our stay at the Rex "
