Find Resorts & Hotels with Spas in Cefalu Coast

Beautiful scenery

The property is gorgeous and the building is very well maintained. The seaview to the harbor and ocean is serene. There is no noise from the marina or harbor. Staff was very attentive. The rooms were not missing anything. They were generously outfitted with robes, pool sandals, pool bag etc. we had a very memorable stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This horribly amazing resort will ruin every other hotel or the rest of you life. Nothing will match up. This great disaster of a hotel has sicking views, disgustingly polite staff, food that you won’t stop eating and an overall aura of euphoria that will leave you in shaking withdrawals upon checkout. My relationship will surely suffer and end soon... my girlfriend will expect this sort of treatment on all vacations moving forward, I could never duplicate. We also cried pool...

Cefalu in Blu was a quaint boutique hotel in heart of Cefalu. The rooms were spacious, very clean and with a view. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Served a hearty breakfast every morning. Highly recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at this very clean, beautiful, well maintained wellness spa hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially the front desk staff, the spa staff (Carol), and the restaurant staff (Francesco, Marzia, and Francesca). The room was updated and clean thanks to Daniela and the other lady who was making sure our room was tidied everyday. The food at the restaurant was amazing, we ate one meal there besides breakfast everyday of our stay and did not regret anything we ordered...

Would highly recommend as it was a welcome refruge from the crowds.

If you're looking for a hotel around the Tusa area, this is the place to stay. Clean, well kept, and ocean front. Give it a try.

Food was excellent for dinner and breakfast was good.

My favorite B&B of my two-week trip to Sicily! This is a special place. If you take the very long road to get to this mountaintop B&B and spa, you will be glad you did! The room accommodations are spacious, well-appointed with luxury linens, lighting, wonderful service from the staff, and delicious food brought to you. A beautiful village and a Michelin-starred restaurant in the village of 300 people. A true hidden gem with a fantastic spa at your disposal upon arrangement. I highly...

Loved the place. It’s beautiful, clean, and couldn’t be in a better location. Arrival by car was excellent with valet parking service. The owner personally welcomed us and made us feel relaxed, explained everything well, and gave us great recommendations for Palermo. The only thing that was not great is that we were 15 mins late to check out (at 11:15) and the person at the front desk made a big deal about that. I feel like for the price and class of the hotel, at least a small grace period for...

.

This was a little tricky to find, with the chaotic streets and traffic, but Alessandro came to the rescue, found us and drove us to his lovely B & B. Once there it was a wonderful spot to explore by foot. Beautiful rooms and wonderful staff.

Absolutely awesome

It’s a beautiful place with excellent service. Breakfast is wonderful, they have the best croissants. Place is really beautiful. Staying here is just experience on its own. They tell you that will send you email with instructions how to get in and make sure you read it !!!!! Otherwise, you will never get in.

This is a lovely hotel in Palermo. But sadly, we were very underwhelmed with the gritty city of Palermo. Staying at the lovely hotel saved us. Staff was wonderful and we enjoy a dinner at their little restaurant.

Very nice and we can walk around. Breakfast is good.

I have no comparison experience with other hotels in Palermo, but this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Built from several previous structures, one a bank and another a cloister, the hotel features majestic spaces, huge public rooms, wide halls, high ceilings. It is like a palazzo located in almost the exact middle of Palermo's historic district, so one can easily walk to the Plazzo Chiatamonte-Steri or Palazzo Abatellis in one direction or the Palazzo dei Normani or the...
