"It was a amazing stay. Don't stay on the strip again for there is so much more to see only 22 miles North. The area is so modern if you have a favorite restaurant, store, it's there. If you just want to relax stay at this prosperity and enjoy a meal. They have everything you need at this amazing 600 Sq Ft Prosperity. They lack nothing including Soaps,Shampoo. Take Time to look at the pictures all new appliances , Very nice bed, walkin closet. Motion detector outside lights and a personalized combination coded door. We are in our late 70's and felt very safe. Tracy our prosperity contact was so easy to work with, example a day before we were to check out, day 6 , she asked if she could come around the back and update the patio furniture ? Then she texted me to say she was done didn't hear a sound. PROS I could go on and Would we come back - YES CONS Hot outside - Really its JUNE We figured we saved 75% over staying on the strip"

"My wife and I spent a very enjoyable week in the Las Vegas suburbs. Sigrid, the property owner, was a gracious host! The location worked well for us as we included several day trips away from the city. While some distance away from the Vegas Strip strip, quick access to that area was a breeze. This is one area of Vegas where the infrastructure is excellent! We recommend this home to anyone wanting a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas but still within a relatively quick ride to see the sights on Las Vegas Boulevard. We will be back!"

"Everything a small group or large group especially with kids could ask for. Great location, easy access, Very well equipped from silverware to towels. Plenty of games for all ages. We had an issue with one of the showers, the owner/manager said they would get it looked at upon our departure. The only recommendation would be to pay a little more attention to the floors. A good mopping would take care of it. Overall a pleasant stay."

"We really enjoyed our stay, especially the wonderful backyard! The owner was welcoming and helpful. The property is only about a 20min drive from Red Rock Canyon, so very convenient to head out for a hike or scenic drive. The kitchen was well-equipped, so it was was to cook our own meals. Overall, a great stay!"
