"This hotel triple charged me. They have a “strict” no pets policy. I am highly allergic to pets and booked primarily on this. The room was dirty with what appeared to be blood stains on the linens, stains that looked similar on the ceiling, dirty floors. The room smelled like urine and mold. I had booked it for two nights but I could not stay the second night due to my severe allergies. "
