I was on an overnight trip for business. Place is new. Only cleanliness issue was shower grout. Could have been better. Most rentals are like that though.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property was clean and stylish, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the location couldn’t have been better—everything I needed was just a short walk away. I’d definitely stay here again!

Third stay in three years. Love this place. But this time the lady running the "Bistro" in the morning kind of put me off. She was really loud and opinionated to the point that I chose to only get a coffee. She completely messed up another guest's order and I suspect it was because she was so busy talking and not listening. I'm sure management of the hotel wants friendly staff, but someone needs to spend some time training this person.

Loved the hotel, room and common areas seemed newly renovated we didn't eat there but used the bar, great service. Area was nice, easy to walk to Southpark Mall there were restaurants there, also immediately to the rear of the hotel were shops and restaurants so plenty of choice. The only downside was NO INTERNET! I stayed at this property from Wednesday 12/28-12/22/24. I arrived early expecting to eait until 3pm to check in but the lovey lady at the front desk checked in on right away. She was professional and friendly. She recommended some local events closeby. The pool was in good condition and the hot tub was amazinb The grounds was beautiful. Delighted to find such a wonderfully comfortable hotel along our route to visit family. This was our 3rd stay here and it never disappoints with excellent value for the price. The staff is always warm, welcoming and helpful. Rooms are clean and beds are so comfy I wish I could buy 1 for home! Very pet-friendly with a big jar of dog biscuits on check-in counter to make furry family welcome too. Excellent location proximate to I-77 and tons of food options as well.
