Love the residence inn. Stay all the time

Very friendly and helpful staff, rooms are modern and clean. Hotel also has nice pool and pretty good fitness center. You must call to schedule pickup/transfers to the airport.

staff at check-in was rude and not helpful would not check us in until 3pm on the dot. we got there 5 minutes before and the guy told us didnt i tell you 3pm and walked away from the desk not to return until 3pm exactly me and several other guest just looked at each other and shook our heads but Greg and the cleaning staff were the best. always helpful. I was on an overnight trip for business. Place is new. Only cleanliness issue was shower grout. Could have been better. Most rentals are like that though.

Perfect location. We stay one night for a soccer game in Bank of America stadium. Friendly and clean.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property was clean and stylish, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the location couldn’t have been better—everything I needed was just a short walk away. I’d definitely stay here again!

Visited Homewood Suites by Hilton Charlotte Uptown to attend a Charlotte Hornets game with my mother for her birthday. This hotel is in a very convenient location within walkable distance from the arena and many restaurants. The bar lounge was a nice area to hangout after the game. Valet parking was $45 per night with unlimited access to your vehicle. The breakfast included with stay was pretty decent too.

I was attending our annual Wine & Design franchisee conference and had an amazing experience! Every member of the staff I interacted with was phenomenal! The facility is lovely and appropriately priced for the amenities they provide. The food was wonderful! Knowing we had banquet style meals, my expectations were pretty low. I was pleasantly surprised by how great everything was prepared and tasted. The only downsides I experienced were the temperature of my room. It was extra toasty and...

We had to travel a few extra minutes to get away from the hustle and bustle of Charlotte to enjoy peace and quiet but it was worth it. It looked to me like this Courtyard had been recently updated and we enjoyed our stay.

Traveling all day it was a relief to be able to check in with Dylan at a the front desk. He was professional and pleasant. Our room was what we had asked for, and even better. Breakfast the next morning was good. The excellence of the Hampton got us on the road feeling relaxed and well rested.

We had tickets to the Hornets and the Spectrum Center was just across the street! The Hotel was excellent; our suite was perfect for 5people and the free breakfast was the best!

The hotel was very clean and comfortable! I did not like having to pay each time we left the hotel for parking.🙄 We spent close to $50 for parking.

Love this hotel freindly and clean plus it's in a safe area of Charlotte. We will be back.

Wonderful property and fantastic location in a trendy Charlotte neighborhood! Very comfortable furnishings and nice kitchen and bath. Immaculate and functional. Very responsive team via text message who were so nice when I couldn’t find the light switch! I really appreciated the privacy. Also great off street parking. All pictures online are accurate which is appreciated! Will stay again next time I visit family.
