"This property was spectacular so close to the beach, but the property, especially the backyard with pool and all the outside amenities makes you just so content to stay home. The location is perfect because you are away from everyone but just a 10 minute drive either way and you’re in one of the lovely towns.. honestly cannot say enough about how wonderful this property is. It even has an air fryer, there’s nothing you could want that already hasn’t been thought of"

"Had trouble finding the property as the ad lists an incorrect address. We were looking on the wrong side of the street and attempting many properties before actually finding the correct place. Once able to find it the property was clean and attractive, my granddaughter loved the pool and so did we. Air conditioning was great and water worked well. Kitchen faucet not attached well or working great but let the property manager know it needed repair and she was appreciative. Great home base for our adventures."

"I felt I had found a diamond in the rough. The gate opened to a beautiful pool, in front of the large patio. The house was large and the layout was perfect for us. We have a large family and little children so safety was very important. One bedroom and bathroom on first floor so you didn’t have to climb steps to potty. You walk through the house and a very large patio with a view of the Gulf that is beautiful. Gates and locks were perfect for the children.The host answered any question immediately. We will be back! "First, Rena's beachfront property, Casa Del Mar Esmeralda was every bit as beautiful as advertised. And before we even arrived Rena's hospitality was on display, as she answered several questions we had about the area: travel, security, sharks (lol), Cenotes, La Ruinas, etc. Her and her staff were very accommodating from the time we arrived, which included arrangements for my partner Melissa to actually check in a few hours earlier than me. Any questions or concerns we had were answered promptly. Perhaps most importantly her property provided a beautiful, peaceful backdrop for us to have a transcendent trip to this beautiful region of the Yucatan; we spent many hours connecting Spiritually, mesmerized by the Gulf of Mexico, moonlit nights and sunny days. We will be back soon and hopefully we'll have the opportunity to stay at Rena's beautiful Casa Del Mar Esmeralda."

"Amazing, refreshing family holiday! We loved this quiet, private beach front property. Pool was well maintained. Property manager met us on initial check in! Great places to eat within walking distance and there was fruit and vegetables at a local market. Bedrooms (2) comfortable with air conditioner in each room. The locals were helpful and friendly.Would definitely recommend this site if you're looking for a relaxing, private getaway."
