"We arrived after 4pm, and the room was still not ready. We accepted a handicapped accessible room, which was the only one available. The kids’ got water on the bathroom floor each time they showered in the walk-in shower. The dryer ate my quarters without turning on, but maintenance resolved the issue quickly. Our room keys stopped working on day 2, but the front desk resolved that quickly. The room’s carpeting did not appear to be clean. It would be cleaner if the carpets were removed....

"Séjour de 3 nuits qui s'est parfaitement déroulé. L'hôtel est à environ 10min à pieds du strip, lui permettant d'être au calme. Parking au tarif de 10$ la nuit, ce qui pour LV, n'est pas cher. La chambre est spacieuse, la literie et les équipements sont très bien. Nous n'avons pas pu tester la piscine car en travaux actuellement mais nous avons pu bénéficier de la piscine de l'hôtel d'à côté, ce que notre fils a beaucoup aimé. Nous recommandons"

"The hot tub did not work properly for the duration of our stay. The sink on our mini kitchenette leaked and sprayed water from the faucet directly on us. The shower door did not stop water from soaking the floor. We felt forced to visit the concierge before going to our room after check in which actually turned out to be a time-share pitch. One elevator was not working, leading to long wait times. Other than all that, it was a fine place to rest our heads."
