The area down from the hotel on Powell St. has lots of homeless, therefore there were large swath of sidewalk area with human feces and urine. "I want to start off by saying the service at this hotel is absolutely delightful. You can tell the people working there really enjoy their jobs and they're very kind, responsive and friendly. The room was quite nice, the bathroom was spacious with a tub, I'll be at shallow, a pretty nice view and a super comfortable bed.
