"This was one the better hotels we stayed at while in Japan. The room was extremely spacious for the price👍. Able to fit 2 large suitcases in the room while open and still walk around.
The room has great AC, but could use a good dusting as it was quite stuffy at first. The window openings and carpets need to be cleaned better. We liked that the garbage and recycling bins were on the larger side. Beds were comfy (not too soft and pretty firm, great for back issues) but the stuffyness of the room also applied to the bedsheets on our first night and was a little difficult for my allergies (but I'm also allergic to everything).
The washroom, as with all toilets in Japan, have this strange smell from the toilet. Something we are not familiar with in Canada. An air freshener would have been great.
The tv only has Japanese channels but was a smart tv that could play Netflix, Amazon Prime etc without trouble.
There's also a great bakery downstairs and many convenience stores and grocery stores. Super close to the train stations as well.

"Property location, close proximity to Imperial palace and Ginz as well as Tokyo station is a good attraction. Property is majestic at entrance. rooms are super clean and service is excellent. Choice of breakfast and dinner is great."
"Great staff, room was on the larger sudee for Tokyo. Good value for money. Nice vibe. Good buffet for breakfast. Very convenient to Ginza area and Imperial Palace. Near to Tokyo Railway for booking and taking all train connections. Amazing shopping. "
"Situated right on the outskirts of Ginza, the Royal Park Canvas Ginza Corridor is located on the upper floors of the building. The lobby is also a bar and lounge hybrid with a hip night life aesthetic that does make you feel like you're already part of the Ginza night life scene.
Check in was a smooth process with partial self check in but with front desk reception helping us through the process and getting us situated. We had our luggage delivered to the hotel days before from our previous hotel, and the staff had them delivered straight into our rooms which was a very much needed relief since we already had our hands full with the luggage we were already carrying with us. That was a very much appreciated gesture.
Our suite was the best one that we had on our trip, which we splurged a bit for our last days in Japan. It was a very nicely decorated interior with purchase-able art. Some highlights were the projector system that took a bit to set up but ran smoothly, and the shower that took up the entire room with Bluetooth audio.
The suite was a joy to be in and my only wish was to have been able to stay longer. We would definitely come back again if the opportunity came up. "
