The staff were fabulous and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them and we were made to feel very welcome!
The room was immaculate and had all the amenities needed. Its location is perfect for a short walk into Krakow.

"Room was very clean and spacious, staff were friendly and very helpful. Hotel location was good with old town, castle and river front in easy walking distance. Tram stop 5 mins walk away from here you can get a tram to the Jewish quarter and ghetto. Some nice places to eat near the hotel as well. "
"This property is clean and modern. The rooms are fine and with comfortable beds. There are other adjoining hotels but traffic is minimal. There’s a pathway to a very large exercise park. Best way from hotel to downtown is via Uber. Downtown travel is almost impossible with rental car and is not worth the trouble trying to find parking or working through the non resident restrictions. "

"Very great experience. This is my second time staying at this hotel, and it is definitely my favorite hotel around the Krakow area. Very easy commute to most places, great service and staff that are helpful and friendly, and clean and modern living spaces. Highly recommend!"

"Perfectly situated next to the Castle/near the Vistula River and equidistant between the main square (market place) and the ICE convention center. Lots of churches, shops, restaurants on the walk through old town to the main square. Fiorentina restaurant at this hotel is excellent as well. "

"A great set up for strangers wanting to visit the beautiful city of Krakow. Very comfortable accommodation with warm and welcoming host who is happy to help with airport transfers and provide recommendations to make sure you get the most out of your visit (not to mention cake and sweet treats!). "

"This is a city hotel so rooms are fairly compact but more than adequate. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Although the building is on a street which surrounds the Old Town, it is nevertheless very quiet. The park is directly across the road and it is a mere 5 minute walk to the Main Square and only a couple of minutes to the Castle so the location is excellent. "The Royal Suite is stunning, with original frescos and ceiling decorations dating back to the 16th century. The modern additions blend seamlessly and offer luxury comforts. The staff were amazing, particularly Krzysztof who looked after us as we dined in the excellent Pod Nosem restaurant underneath the Suites. He demonstrated a real pride and enthusiasm for Polish cuisine and Wines."

"Our train arrived in town at 6:30 a.m. and although we knew we wouldn't be able to check in, the front desk happily stored our luggage and told us that they'd text as soon as our room was ready. That set the tone for our stay, as everyone was helpful and kind. After walking through the town that didn't really wake up until around 9:30 on a chilly morning, we were very relieved to get a text around 10:30 that we could get into our room. MUCH earlier than we anticipated!
