"We really enjoyed our stay at Case Nucci. Riccardo is friendly, helpful and a great host. The location is perfect to visit Perugia, Assisi and other fabulous hill towns. The mattresses and bed linens were outstanding. Per government regulations (Ukraine war) there wasn’t any heat during our stay so the evenings were chilly. "The apartment was listed as sleeps five, which technically it does. However the pull out couch is not usable. It is lumpy, springs dig in and it is noisey. Our plan was for a family stay of a week and then other family members come when the original ones leave. As sleeping was impossible those plans were cancelled. I left over a week early as it was so uncomfortable. "
