"This hotel was roughly 15 minutes or less walking distance from all the main attractions in York. Great to walk out and see the castle right in front. The rooms were clean and decent size for the double bed room, and had pleasant staff. The included breakfast had a nice assortment of hot and cold food options. I didn't like that WIFI is an addition, but I believe that's standard amongst Hilton chains, and not specific to this location. (Although the city is so quaint we didn't need it.) Some good restaurants around it as well. We had a great stay in York!"

"I cannot recommend Grays Court enough - I decided to visit York for the first time and the moment I walked into the beautiful hotel, I was taken care of by Suzanna who made me feel at home, gave me a map with suggestions of where to explore, and then sent me away to my train the next day with a lovely treat to enjoy. The hotel is marvelous, service perfect, and the rooms and grounds are stunning with a quick walk into York and all that there was to explore."
