"We had a lovely stay at this hotel that literally was next to Victoria station. It was a cheerful place with helpful and attentive staff who listened to our requests and acted on them. The bed was superior, the bathroom was very well organized and the staff switched us to a shower rather than a bath/ shower as we have physical limitations. The only drawback we had was where the elevator was located was not very convenient. And a long way from room. The staffed helped us with our bags and...

"Nice Hotel near Hyde Park, London tubes, and bus routes. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, Shower had good pressure. Small in comparison to a typical hotel room in the US- but normal for what we would expect in London. Would Stay again!"

"All about location, otherwise this offered no more than a Travel Lodge but at twice the price. It was clean and comfortable, albeit not spacioys. Breakfast at 8.45am was at its lowest and luke warm but I think would have been very good had it have been hot. Staff available to assist but not hovvering. "

"The hotel is in a convenient location with easy access to the tube as well as shops, restaurants and conveniences. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The AC was not working in the rooms and so it was very warm at night. The breakfast is also overpriced so we opted to grab coffee and croissants across the street. Definitely recommend though."
