"I stayed at the Edwardian for a weekend in San Francisco. The room was cheap and cheerful, and had everything I needed: comfortable bed, ensuite, shared tea and coffee making facilities. My stay was during spring and the room was sufficiently heated. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's located about 15 mins from the Mission and 20 mins from the Castro, with cafes nearby in a safe area. Some rooms face market street which can be a bit noisy at night, so recommend packing earplugs and an eye...
