The house on the same property was vacant and had garbage and lumber in the front yard. The neighborhood was in the same state of disrepair. The 'courtyard' really was a SMALL patch of pseudo grass at the back door. I had reached out to the host several times before our checkin date and received no response whatsoever. We opted to lose the money we had...

"This is a very cute and cozy property. As Jacksonville natives, we just wanted a change of scenery for the weekend to celebrate a birthday. We decided to stay in a side of town we weren't familiar with and really loved this space. Nearby to some local shops and a few venues we were excited to stumble into. The bed is incredibly plush and a welcomed embrace after a long day of walking. Very clean and well thought out presentation. A great place for a couples weekend! "
