"Pleasant, friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. We were upgraded on arrival to a better room which was large with a beautifully lit bathroom with toiletries. We spent a relaxing hour in the spa, the hot beds are an excellent idea and I am missing it. The room was extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The garden was fabulous and the restaurant beautifully designed to maximise the garden view."
