"Just checked out of Splendid Hotel and had a great experience from start to finish. Located in the heart of the Old Quarter, it’s within walking distance to the lake, the cathedral, and plenty of shopping. The staff were incredibly welcoming, I loved the welcome drink so much I had to ask for the recipe 😅 and the complimentary fruit in the room was definitely an added bonus. Even with a short stay, they took the time to recommend must-visit spots, which I really appreciated. The spa facility was excellent, and the rooftop bar was such a nice place to unwind. I also used their airport transfer, which was seamless and very well organized. Will definitely be coming back"

"11 out of 10. Our second time at Hotel du Lac. A terrific hotel with helpful bilingual staff. It is decorated beautifully, located next to old quarter. Very good breakfast. You will not be disappointed"

"The hotel pictures and the actual hotel do not match. It’s dirty and unsafe. Next to a freeway. No front desk it’s in an underground parking structure. Horrible location but most importantly it does not look Like the picture. Very run down property "

"Very safe with guards at the entrance. Spacious rooms. Huge pool. Lots of amenities on site. Pickleball, badminton and squash courts. Golf driving range (into a net) and putting green. Great little store with everything you need. Restaurant was very good! I would definitely recommend this place."
