"Stayed for 3 nights in a Junior Suite. Room was fantastic - great size, very clean, amazing views over the lake. Great choice at breakfast. Liked the location - short walk to cafes and the Lotte Centre. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice place to get away from the bustle of the Old Town for a few days. Would definitely stay again. "

"Good rooms in a convenient location. Many international food options nearby. It was nice having a fridge and washing machine in my room. WiFi was spotty at times and the power did go out during my stay for over an hour. Not super soundproof but there are only a couple of rooms on each floor so it’s not a huge deal"

"A hidden gem of a hotel. Staff were very helpful and facilities were great. A different side of Hanoi, as opposed to around Beer Street, where we had stayed before. The only criticism is that there is only one lift to the hotel floors."

"Stayed here one night after trip to Halong Bay and have to say staff was wonderful and attentive. However the conditions of the hotel left little to be desired. The lobby was welcoming with fresh scents, but as soon as we went to our room on the 7th floor we were overwhelmed with old musty smell of mold and old smoke scent which continued in our room. The smell was almost unbearable. The room was very spacious and was even provided extra towels. Also shower had great water pressure. The room would have been better if the old carpet did not feel so grimy. Had to wear slippers entire time because did not want to touch carpet. Also not a whole lot within walking distance after staying in old quarters. Overall I would expect higher quality for the price. "
