"Great hotel! Service was amazing. Clean rooms. Lovely decorations. Only concern is that second and third floor rooms aren’t accessible for everyone. You have to go through 3 sets of stairs to get to the third floor plus carry your belongings. Other than that this was a comfortable stay. 8/10 (only because of the accessibility). "

"We stayed 3 days at Hotel Juayúa and absolutely loved it. The hotel is easy to find, right in the heart of this cute town in El Salvador. The property is small, safe, and has a charming local touch and feel. Our room was clean, comfortable, and cozy, perfect for relaxing after exploring. We also booked the 7 Cascadas tour through the hotel, and our guide Rosario was amazing—so friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Thanks to her, we had such a memorable experience. I also booked a massage at the hotel, and it was incredible. Truly one of the best I’ve had! We loved everything about this boutique hotel and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!"
