"Overall a great place to stay."

"This hotel is about a 10 minute walk from Shibuya Crossing and station making it very central to any travel area within Tokyo. The hotel was clean, room was large enough for having 2 open suitcases and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. My favorite things were that the room had a washer/dryer unit to use for free as well as ReFa hair products for the bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back!"

"This hotel was amazing. The staff were so nice and welcoming. The cleanest and nicest hotel I’ve ever been. The executive lounge service was great. This hotel also has the 7 Eleven on the 2nd floor. This hotel in my opinion is a 5 star hotel, clean and comfortable. The staff would go an extra mile to make sure we had good experience. It is located closer to the famous Tokyo crossing street. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Relatively quiet being next to the train tracks, but could be quieter, I had to use earplugs the first night, but I did not need to the rest of the week. I was so exhausted. I fell asleep and any little bit of noise didn’t matter. Next time I’ll ask to face the road and try that side out. The beds where comfortable. The amenity brands were good, entry level Panasonic nano care hairdryer not as good as other hotels but decent. Overall, I would stay here again."
