"Overall, we had a good stay at the Grand Prince Hotel Takanawa. The staff were kind and helpful, especially when I got lost nearby and needed assistance bringing my daughter back to the hotel. The location was convenient and the hotel was beautiful, but we found a pacifier under the bed, which raised concerns about cleanliness. The pool hours were also inconvenient for guests sightseeing all day. Overall, the helpful staff made a positive impression, but the cleanliness and pool hours could be improved"

"Great location just a few steps from shibuya station. Steet leading to the hotel is clean and quiet with a combini and several places to eat/drink. Staff were helpful and spoke plenty of English. Rooms were very clean and well appointed with the in-room wash/dryer being particularly useful. A fantastic base for our time in Tokyo."

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but we would like to feedback on a few areas. We stayed on the 10th floor and frequently noticed strong cooking smells, such as fried food or curry, in the room despite keeping the windows properly closed. This may be due to the ventilation system, and we hope the hotel can look into it. We also noticed some white specks on the sofa and did not feel comfortable sitting on it or placing our belongings there. A thorough deep cleaning of the sofa would be appreciated. Breakfast and lunch were also mostly Western. For a hotel in Japan, it would be nice to have more Japanese and Asian options available."

"Great place to stay, very close to Shibuya Sakura with family mart and 7/11 close by. 7 mins walking distance to Shibuya station too. Room size is what it is but clean and towel service everyday. Also if you need to ship you suitcase to another hotel or airport they can take care of that also! Staff is very accommodating and can speak English is need be. I would stay here again if needed!"
