Rooms are notably large by Tokyo standards, with thoughtful lighting and a generously sized bathroom. It’s also impressively quiet. The only real knock was the mattress, which ran a bit firm. Breakfast offers both Western and Japanese options; we stuck with the Western buffet, which was very solid/fresh with additional table service and even included a vegan section. Nice touch: umbrellas provided on rainy days. Overall, a good stay, but pricing feels ambitious for what’s offered. Also worth noting, the pool is restricted to guests 18 and over."

Before we arrived, we started reading the terrible reviews about the cleanliness and demanded to see the room prior to registering. All of the comments about dirt were valid and we did not check in. We received a full refund from Expedia and checked into a very clean hotel in Ginza. "
