We were travelling with a disabled family member, and they went above and beyond to make sure she was accommodated. The room was incredibly luxurious, and the location made it easy to walk to multiple attractions on the Cotai strip. "There were quite some disturbing issues during the stay, I was in a rush to take my car and leave however I need a stamp from the check in desk, the stamping process took abnormally long and it was found out that the machine was jammed and they had me waiting while they try to take the ticket out, it took about roughly 10 mins, they could’ve done a better job in problem solving, such as giving me a new ticket straight away, or contacting the gate keeper to open the parking gate for me to leave....

The room was incredibly luxurious, and the location made it easy to walk to multiple attractions on the Cotai strip.
