The GM made his rounds and was extremely welcoming, fun, and energetic. There are so many options for luxurious accommodations in Macau, but this is a hidden gem. Small property with top notch service that felt like we were staying with family. Highly recommend. "

"A great hotel, very convenient to walk to everywhere on the Cotai strip; however, not overcrowded like the Venetian. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room controls (lights/sounds/blinds) are controlled by tablets, took a bit to get used to, but ok. Will definitely comeback. "
