I actually had a different hotel booked originally but cancelled on them as they had me on hold and talking to centralised call centres - just to see if any possibility I could check in early or get keys early - which they couldn’t give any form of reassurance or guarantee. The Dakota however sent a personal response to me straight away and were highly accommodating. Great base for a wedding or event"

"Fantastic staff, brilliant gym facilities and we loved our Club Room upgrade for free! Fantastic stay. Our only issue would be that our towel hooks were broken so towels kept falling on the floor, but that’s a quick fix and had no impact on our overall stay. "

"I stayed for one night at Ansty Hall to break a journey from the South to the North West. The hotel is conveniently sited for the motorway network and quite reasonably priced. All the staff were very friendly and I had an enjoyable dinner in the restaurant. Good value."
