"The location was perfect, right on the beach. The property was quite dated, in various states of disrepair. Our air conditioning was not functional, which was a problem given allergies of several in my party. The front desk was staffed by teenagers who didn’t seem to know how to handle requests. Having said all that, the location was lovely and the restaurant on site had wonderful food and attentive staff."

"By far one of the better motel experiences I've had. Stayed in a Motel 6 the night before and could clearly tell a difference: room felt cleaner, was larger, and the shower didn't have stains. Lots of parking available too. I also appreciated the light breakfast offered with fruit, cereals, juices, milk, coffee, granola bars, and toast. "The ocean views were stunning. It is a beautiful location, very quiet at the top of a hill overlooking Brookings OR and the Pacific Ocean including some local “haystacks”. Although it’s not a full kitchen we were able to cook breakfast, which is important to us. The owners were easy to communicate with, entering the property was easy. The bed was the most comfortable mattress we have had on our travels. Wonderful location."
