The building has steps to climb with no ramp for those with mobility issues. The location is nice. It is near restaurants, tube stations, and some shopping. "

"Great hotel for an overnight stay, especially if you have an early flight out of Heathrow. It's 2 mins walking distanct to the terminal and it is all connected by a bridge which means you will never have to venture outside to get to T5. Breakfast is fantastic and staff are great!"
