"I booked the hotel through Hotels.com. When I arrived to check in all they had was a kiosk to check in. I put in my conformation number and the system would not accept it. It was a total joke at check in. They had one person to help with check in for about 20 people, it seemed like everyone was having a problem. The elevator system is a complete mess, you had to put your floor number in and the system would tell you which elevator you had to use, it wasn't uncommon to have to wait for 20-40 minutes to get the elevator. The room I received was non smoking and it stunk like someone had smoked in the room. I will not stay at this hotel again"
