"One more excellent resort located in La Fortuna area.Reception staff was very courteous and helpful.Manrique Sanchez ( I hope I got the name right) helped us with the tours and his suggestions were spot on for our family needs. Cleaning staff and all support staff were top notch.You will not regret staying in here."

The concierge service helped us find a great tour for our last day, and they were very accommodating in allowing us a late checkout to work with our flight plans. The views from the balcony were excellent, and the room was incredibly spacious. Dining options were good, though pricy. Try to stop at a grocery store before settling into the property - some cheaper snacks and breakfast items would have been a good buy for us."

"Loved that the hotel is surrounded by a rainforest setting. We got to hear frogs, birds and crickets and love the peacefulness of nature. Breakfast was great with ala carte omelette bar. Room was clean and comfy. There was even an umbrella in the room for guest. I would recommend this hotel."

"This place is pretty special. It is a small, low key resort. My son wanted to stay close to the pool, so we stayed in a standard room. The room wasn't great. The beds were hard, it could use a refresh, the air conditioner was loud, and there was no soundproofing. If we had picked one of the bungalows or treehouses, I likely would have given the place 5 stars. It is a nice alternative away from the hustle and bustle of La Fortuna but still close to lots of attractions. "

"The bathroom in the room need renovation since it not functional and extremely old. Also don't expect hot water for your shower between 10AM and 4pm since they shut it down during that time. It also a little bit noisy due that you are on the corner two major roads. So overall if I had to go back to La Fortuna I would choose another hotel."
