I must say I was pleasantly surprised to get such a property at a fairly reasonable price. There are 2 buildings. Try to select the older one since it provides a view of the Sigriya Rock, the biggest attraction around Dambulla. I stayed in the new wing. The family room was quite spacious and overlooked lush...

"Authentic Sri Lankan hotel set in a beautiful location by the lake. Rooms were very spacious and immaculate. Staff were friendly and helpful, asking if you needed anything at various points of our stay. Restaurant food was buffet style. Lots of choice, fresh and delicious. Ideal base for exploring the local area. Would highly recommend."
