"The property is adjacent to Rue Sainte-Claire, the heart of old Annecy. Many shops and restaurants are nearby and you can readily walk to the train, car park and lake. The flat itself was pleasant, quiet and well stocked. The managers, Anne-Marie and Philippe were excellent in responding to both pre and post-booking inquiries. This is a very good VRBO option for two persons staying in Annecy. "

"It’s a good little hotel with very clean and affordable rooms (at least off season). The older gentleman staffing the desk during the day was very friendly and helpful. The location is quite central to see the old town though just a tad far to walk from a metro station with luggage on cobblestones or narrow sidewalks. The hotel is in a relatively quiet area but it’s an old building so when there is sound outside you hear it. The old stone walls were quaint. The bathroom was nicely renovated, hot...

"L’appartement en lui même est très correct. Par contre, l’immeuble n’est pas insonorisé et ne semble pas entretenu. J’étais réveillé par les alarmes d’autres habitantes et l’odeur est insoutenable dans la cage d’escalier. Ce sont les gros bémols."
