"Food was great, resort was very clean and staff was amazing!"

"Awesome property and being up in the hills and the jungle, it definitely has a different vibe than some of the other resorts around PV along the coast. It’s very close to Bucerías, but is a bit of a hike from PV (about 40mins). Feels much more immersive with nature. Only downside is it’s a huge resort and a lot of walking, unless you wait for the shuttles, which do some pretty frequently. Staff are friendly and helpful, would stay here again!"

"The fact that you have to make a reservation after 12 midnight on the app for the steak restaurant was ridiculous"

"Due to the weather conditions the hotel took advantage and over charge on food"

"Everything from food all over the hotel close to anywhere you’re hanging out to the rooms the pools and the shows we loved the whole experience and hotel."

"El personal los anfitriones desde la llegada agiliza mucho el registro y son muy amables y atentos. En general todo el personal tiene muy buen trato a los huéspedes."

"Buen servicio , recomendable"

"Rooms are a little dated...staff was excellent!!! Food was awesome!"

"No se ve nada de construcción y hay mucha privacidad, muy buena atención. Siempre lugares disponibles para un buen descanso"

"Todo muy bien, buenas albercas, comida, etc. Solo el buffet de la comida a veces era un poco limitado."

"the highlight are the waiters for breakfast and Victor from the beach area pool is exceptional with customer service. We had to stay an extra day due to airport closure caused by hurricane Simon. The hotel id not do a good job to help with extra accomodation nd asked us to look for another option."
