"The Woodland cottage was perfect for our stay! The house was tidy, comfortable with great amenities. The host was incredible too. It was really convenient to take our son to the VMI open house. It was really close to Main Street and the town was amazing. Perfect place to wind down and relax after a long day exploring."

"What an amazing property. Wildlife was abundant and you could hear birds and cows. I wish that the house had not still been set up for a wedding reception. There should be sofas in the main area for conversations when not being rented for a wedding. A set of instructions would have been helpful such as for the fireplace and how to use the oven. "Recently renovated. Everything was fresh and updated. Beds were very comfortable, air conditioner rattled a bit, but had no problems keeping it cool. The pool was great, with a separate restroom directly attached. The breakfast was really good for a freebie, exceptional for a complimentary actually. If I had to come up with a complaint: The room was a little small for a double queen setup."
