Beautiful hotel to stay at. We had a room with two double beds and it was big and spacious. It's pretty quiet and has a nice little area to have coffee outside. Would've loved to use the pool because it looked so nice and warm but it was raining so we didnt get to. I would say overall, we're very satisfied. My friends were very happy to stay here too. The hotel grounds were lovely, and the room was comfortable and spacious, but the overall service, while friendly, is not as good as it should be for the price. The front desk completely neglected to tell us about any of the "extras", like the free wine tastings at Ferrari-Carrano vineyards (value of $35 per person), the complimentary daily wine tasting at the hotel, and the corkage fee waiver at John Ashe for bottles purchased at Ferrari-Carrano ($25 value). I visit Fresno 3-4 times a year and the night before I fly back, I always stay at this hotel. The hotel itself is comfortable so I am able to get my rest before my early flight. The shuttle driver always gets me to the airport by 3:45 and helps me with my bags. Highly recommend.
