Lovely property in a great part of Catania, close to the famous elephant statue. Emanuele is fantastic. Warm and friendly, he even helped out when we had an issue with our rental car.

What an amazing stay. An immaculate service by the owners . Very personalized in every way . It’s like being with friends but with 5 stars service. I would book again and again. It’s also in close proximity to all attractions , walking distance and walking distance to public transport.

It would be difficult to overstate just how wonderful this place is. The rooms are clean and relatively spacious, the breakfast is wonderful, the owner is absolutely phenomenal (he even assisted me with gassing up my car before we left!), and the pool is absolutely magnificent…I’ve never seen a nicer pool outside of a resort!

The rooms were beautiful, with simple classic design. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, the bathroom sparkling clean and modern. The concierge was extremely amiable and prepared a delicious breakfast buffet for the guests. This hotel is VERY CLOSE to all the sights in Catania, but is away from the bustle of the city center. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

We had a quick overnight stay but staff VERY helpful, exceptional accommodations and easy walk to fantastic dining and shopping. Staff arranged taxis for us and even had breakfast out at 4a.m. prior to our crazy early departure. Would definitely book again.

I absolutely loved my room at Naca Suite and am so glad I spent a little extra to stay there. The staff was very helpful and I was able to communicate with them easily via WhatsApp. I got in early and was able to leave my luggage until I could check in later in the afternoon. We had a wonderful stay here. The owner was such a sweet person. We were offered a free breakfast. The room was updated and comfortable. We stayed one night. It’s very close to the bus and train station. We walked with our luggage and felt very safe. The room had a view off the balcony. We would definitely stay here again if using the Catania airport.

Amazing Bed & Breakfast with large rooms, friendly service and an excellent location. Bus stop for the 4 Euro bus transfer to the airport located almost directly across the road.

Luca was wonderful and so accommodating! He took the time to meet us early and show us the hotel. He also showed where we were in relation to the main sites. It’s as beautiful as the pictures and is such a good location considering how easy it was to walk to things such as the Piazza del Duomo. Our stay was too short and we had to leave early so sadly didn’t get to try the breakfast but will look forward to it next time!

The location was perfect, quiet and safe. The staff were amazing. They were super friendly and helpful. They cooked delicious food and made awesome drinks. Breakfast included and super clean. I would definitely recommend the Ollen Apartments.
