Located close to the beautiful Southern coastline, this superb small hotel is a perfect central location for a trip. Many scenic paths are at a walkable distance (5 km to 10 km of moderate difficulty will allow you to see many beautiful sights.) Roy and Jayne are the consummate hosts. They help coordinate your arrival in advance, since the location is a bit remote. They cook an excellent breakfast, and take a keen interest in your plans for your stay. This may have been the cleanest hotel I have ever been in. Immaculate. The staff were genuinely helpful (getting our bags upstairs, for example.) The excellent breakfast was cooked to order. The buffet had fresh cut fruit, which was a lovely touch. The location was a little out of the way, but the views and the grounds made up for it. We did not stay in the shepherds huts, but they looked really interesting (and super high quality) Excellent for couples.
