"Overall 10/10!"

"one of the room we received had a very bad smell, back home now and all the luggage and the clothing even the clean once have that smell, food is not very good it is oaky but for that level of a resort we expect more"

"Very disappointing stay. We booked for four guests but received three small beds and had to pay for another room. The noisy air conditioner kept me awake, the balcony door would not open, and the hair dryer did not work. Despite repeated complaints, nothing was resolved. Three stressful days instead of a relaxing vacation."

"I went to nickelodeon in 2021 for my sons birthday and we returned 5 years later now in 2026 and the only difference i see positive is the park other than that i wont be returning to this hotel ever poor service only a few employees i can say made the stay a bit more welcoming. but i wont be returning there anymore my son and wife really where disappointed . There food is a hit or miss there liquor is super bad quality. The room was moldy smell the pool was dirty beach was disgusting"

"Everything is going good"

"Bring multiple bottles of bug spray, the mosquitoes are on steroids. My poor wife has to have over 100 bites on each one of her legs. She can’t sleep at night bc she is so itchy, I wish somebody would’ve told me before we went here how bad the mosquitoes are, the other part I did not like is the beach was closed the entire nine days we were here. we went on an excursion and from talking to other people their beaches were open. I don’t understand why ours was closed. You fly all this way to come...

"Good service, however no hot water for shower oneday."
