"If you want a more relaxed atmosphere, this is a great all inclusive. I personally thought Excellence Club was worth it for Magna and the elevated cocktails. All in all, I was very satisfied."

"I enjoyed the overall experience. The staff is not the most accommodating if you’re not part of the preferred club. Our view was terrible and they made it a hassle to move rooms so we didn’t bother. I probably won’t be visiting again but Have fun!!"

"Edwin and Jesus were both very helpful and provided us with a clear itinerary of what was scheduled at the resort each day. It helped us plan our day out. The buffet had variety, but we preferred the dinner restaurants because the food was fresher. The late night eating spots came in handy. The party pool was amazing. Carlos was a wonderful bartender! He made sure we had full drinks and were entertained. Alejandro and Wilkin were also great bartenders at the party pool. Make sure those 3 bartenders continue to be at the party pool. They provided excellent service. The nightly entertainment had great shows that we attended nightly. The upstairs club was also a hot spot. Overall we had a great time at Breathless and we will tell friends about it."

"The hotel's facilities are good overall and appear to be very well maintained. The common areas and amenities are in good condition, making for a generally comfortable stay. My experience with the staff, however, was only average. At first, they seem friendly and welcoming, which creates a positive first impression. Unfortunately, that attitude changes when issues or complaints arise. Instead of approaching concerns with empathy and a willingness to help, the staff tend to become confrontational, defensive, and even hostile. Rather than working toward a solution, they often adopt a challenging attitude toward the guest, which significantly affects the overall experience. While the physical condition of the hotel is satisfactory, the way customer concerns are handled leaves considerable room for improvement."

"I like the great attention and customer services provided by the staff. The facility is awesome! What the did not like was the redundancy and the long time it took to get check in. Also, the salesmen were extremely aggressive trying to sell you the hotel membership. They were so aggressive that on day one and just coming thru the door they approached soliciting. They also called our room number and knocked on the door trying sell stuff that we did not requested. Other than that, the hotel is very nice and the staff is extraordinary and very helpful and very friendly. I’ll most definitely consider Dream Onyx’s for our next vacation"

"This was my best vacation by far. Everyone was so helpful and nice from the moment you arrive. Now before I start raving about the resort, Expedia has it wrong how long you get there from the airport. It states it’s 50 minutes but it’s actually an hour in a half ride to and from the airport, so plan accordingly. Now don’t believe all the reviews because I saw where someone said they were rude, that’s false. They get to know the guest and try to help you with your Spanish. After checking in, they provide you with a glass of wine and take you to your room. Our room was nice, plunge pool and all. Room service was 24 hrs, beaches were great (server out there while basking in the sun), swim up pool, paddling boat was free, sail boating was cheap, and food was amazing. The only thing I wish they had, was a shuttle and a tour of the resort when you arrive, as much as the nightly rate is. We completely missed the water slide. I mean overall experience, was the best. We’re definitely going back."
